Note :
  1. Following charges are applicable in addition to the above mentioned Basic Sale Price (BSP):
    • External Development Charges (EDC): Rs. 216/- per sq feet of built-up area
    • Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC): Rs. 92/- per sq feet of built-up area
    • Interest Free Maintenance Security Deposit (IFMS): Rs.100/- per sq feet of built-up area
    • Clubhouse Membership Charges (CMC): Rs. 2,00,000/- (mandatory)
    • Preferential Location Charges (PLC): 5% of BSP for each Preferential Location
  2. Advance Maintenance Charges for a period of 2 (two) years shall be payable in advance at the time of possession. Advance maintenance charges will be calculated at Rs. 2 per sq feet of built-up area per month.
  3. Stamp duty and registration fees will be payable by the buyer as applicable at the time of offer of
    possession.
  4. All Government levies and taxes are payable by the buyer at actuals as applicable
  5. Preferential Location Charges will be charged for the following preferential locations:

    • Villa facing or adjoining park / greens
  6. In case of any upward revision of EDC and/ or IDC by the government agencies in future, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis.
  7. Prices are subject to revision/ withdrawal without notice at the company's sole discretion. Terms

On completion of Foundation DPC of the Unit 10% of (BSP + PLC) + 25% of (EDC + IDC)
On casting of Ground Floor Roof 10% of (BSP + PLC) + 25% of (EDC + IDC)
On casting of First Floor Roof 10% of (BSP + PLC)
On completion of brick work and plastering of the unit 10% of (BSP + PLC)
On completion of flooring of the unit 10% of (BSP + PLC)
On completion of painting work of the unit 10% of (BSP + PLC)

PLOTTED DEVELOPMENT (w.e.f. 15.11.2010)
  1. Select Plots are available at Gurgaon 99 @ Rs. 39,000 per sq. yard. These plots are located within one of the gated neighbourhoods at G99.
  2. Following charges are applicable in addition to the above mentioned Basic Sale Price (BSP):
    • External Development Charges (EDC): Rs. 250/- per sq feet of land
    • Infrastructure Development Charges (IDC): Rs. 105/- per sq feet of land
    • Interest Free Maintenance Security Deposit (IFMS): Rs.100/- psf of permissible built-up area
    • Clubhouse Membership Charges (CMC): Rs. 2,00,000/- (mandatory)
    • Preferential Location Charges (PLC): 5% of BSP for each Preferential Location
  3. Preferential Location Charges will be charged for the following preferential locations:
    • Corner Plot
    • Plot facing or adjoining park / greens
