Note : |
- Following charges are applicable in addition to the above mentioned Basic Sale Price
(BSP):
- External Development Charges (EDC): Rs. 216/- per sq feet of built-up area

Interest Free Maintenance Security Deposit (IFMS): Rs.100/- per sq feet of built-up

- In case of any upward revision of EDC and/ or IDC by the government agencies in
future, the same would be recovered on pro-rata basis.

PLOTTED DEVELOPMENT (w.e.f. 15.11.2010)

- Select Plots are available at Gurgaon 99 @ Rs. 39,000 per sq. yard. These plots
are located within one of the gated neighbourhoods at G99.
- Following charges
are applicable in addition to the above mentioned Basic Sale Price (BSP):
- External Development Charges (EDC): Rs. 250/- per sq feet of land
- Infrastructure
Development Charges (IDC): Rs. 105/- per sq feet of land
- Interest Free Maintenance
Security Deposit (IFMS): Rs.100/- psf of permissible built-up area
- Clubhouse
Membership Charges (CMC): Rs. 2,00,000/- (mandatory)
- Preferential Location Charges

- Preferential Location Charges will be charged for the following preferential locations:
